The aquarium cars usually come two to a set, and they also come with the delux aquarium train set. There are a couple of different versions of these cars. There is one that looks like propane tank and another thaqt looks like a box car. I've seen only a shark and an octopus in the cars.

All Thomas trains are high quality and very durable. Most of our trains come used either from ebay or from friends and relatives then they all work great despite minor cosmetic flaws. We plan on someday rewards putting the train tables and all the trains away for our son's first child's first birthday.

Thomas the tank engine and friends train and track are fantastic toys for girls and boys of all ages-as young as almost toddlers, to preschoolers, and children all the way up to 12. If you know a child who likes Thomas, it's always easy to figure out what to get them for presents. However, Thomas trains are not the most affordable gift out there. If your child likes Thomas you may also want to consider geotrax for the younger set and brio trains for less expensiveness.

My son has several Thomas the tank engine vcr tapes and dvd stories. The first time I saw one, I thought it was really dumb, because almost nothing happens in the video. It's narrated, the engines' eyes move, and they run along the tracks - and thet's about it, there's no more action than that. These days, Joe spends a lot of time playing out the scenes he saw on the tapes on his train table, or pretending he and I are trains and we are friends and talking to each other in the shed.
