Buy Dodge and Splatter

Splatter and Dodge were retired, and even if the manufacturor starts making them again, they will be a bit different than what's already been made, so that is why the prices at ebay may seem so high. If you just want Dodge and Splatter for your child to play with and all the searches for them turn up auctions that are priced to high, start looking at the thomas the train lots that people sell. People will sell 10 or 15 old trains at a time. Maybe you can find one train or the other or even both, and then when you get the lot you can sell back everything you already have, or keep it for christmas and give the rest of the lot to your child at once.

Wooden Dodge and Splatter are goofy (ok, I'll say it - stupid) side kicks of Diesel 10's. They run around with him while he is plotting and are perfect not-so-bad bad guys for any child's play table. They do stuff like laugh at the steam engines and call them names, but they never really do anything as bad as Diesel 10 would like to.

Dodge is a pukey sort of green with some doors and windows and his name on the side, while Splatter is a dark, muted blue with the same.

Dodge and Splatter were retired - discontinued as a pair. You can still find them on Ebay though.
