In my experience, allaboardtoys has the absolute best prices on almost all of the Thomas merchandise. They have a take-along Harvey (around $7.00), a wooden Harvey (was $16.00 when I checked), a battery-powered Harvey, and a multi-character pack that includes Harvey.

Harvey is a rusty red towing engine who can haul like Cranky but is mobile, and very useful for cleaning up after train crashes. He pulls other engines back onto their tracks and clears debris from the rails.

Harvey is very friendly and hard-working and it is a good friend and useful engine on the island of sodor.
