About Wilbert

Wilbert is a nice cool blue engine. I think he looks most like a Percy-style train, but he has his name on the side. He is discontinued, but you can find him at ebay with the other retired trains.

I think my boy was originally so fascinated with Thomas the the train sets because of the face on the trains. I can't remember which train he originally played with, maybe Edward or Thomas, but all the trains have those lifelike faces on the front of them. Joe's first trains were a used of lot of several trains from the ebay. Used, they came a little beat up but still in great playing condition -- and my boy plays with them everyday.
