Why Men Shouldn't Babysit EmailThis email with the 6 funny pictures floats around to me evey once in a while. It is usually titled "Why Men Don't Babysit" but I think "Why men shouldn't babysit is more apt. (Don't get me started on the whole "men watching their own children is not babysitting" - cuz I know it's not. Let's just imagine that these caregivers were not the father of the children).![]() Big Sister colors on the little sister with what we sincerely hope was not permanent marker: Could you imagine the horror of coming home after a hard day's work and finding this? Your precious baby's precious eyes covered in black marker and your other precious baby to blame while your biggest baby probably thinks it is funny? OMG, I would die. I bet these days that picture does get a big laugh though .. especially when the girls come home for holidays :). ![]() Little Biker gets a Ticket: this is obviously a put-up job, but still cute and funny. ![]() Baby with head stuck in fridge: Another put up job, unless somebody forgot to close the fridge door - but still funny again. Feed that child already! ![]() Baby drinking or eating from Dog Bowl: I like this one. It just looks like something my kid would do, and the toy and towel laying around give it that "my house is a mess and I don't care" gritty realism. ![]() Baby taking a bath in the sink with the dirty dishes: Boy, this is another one that horrifies me - I mean, even though my kitchen hasn't been that filthy since I worked outside of the home full time, I could just see myself coming home to this, and it not bothering my husband one bit that there are 3 sharp knives and a darn cheese grater within reach of the baby. ... And then being puzzled about why I am yelling about it. argh. men. LOL. ![]() Boy screaming on hood of car while speed displayer shows 99 mph in background: Another put up job .. but what a great one! My guess is that this was either the person who had the job of putting the speed displayer out there (he or she set it to 99 and then told the kid get on the hood of the car to a great laugh) or someone came across a broken speed displayer and came up with the idea. Either way - hilariously funny gag. Leave your comments below - best will make it on this webpage. |
